For those who have successfully completed YWAM’s Discipleship Training School there are opportunities for long-term full-time missionary service with our ministry base. Each YWAM staff is responsible for their own missionary support. We consider important the spiritual covering and prayer backing of a sending church for each staff member. Additionally we value a positive recommendation from the applicant’s DTS school leader (or base leader if the applicant would transfer from working full-time at another base).
